Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances: 

- Firearms 
- Ammunition 
- Clearance and discontinued merchandise 
- Flies 
- Rods 
- Reels 

Returnable Items 
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date provided the customer presents valid proof of purchase and the item meets the following conditions: 

Unopened Items (factory seal intact):
 - Optics 
- Firearm accessories 
- Fishing accessories Unused/Unworn Items (tags attached, unwashed, in original condition): 
- Clothing 
- Hats 
- Jackets 
- Boots/Shoes 
- Waders 
- Knives Exchange 

Policy Exchanges are permitted under the same conditions and time frame as outlined above. Items must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase and are subject to inspection and approval at management’s sole discretion. 

Refund Method 
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment method only. 
- If the original form of payment method is unavailable, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. 
- Shipping charges and fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by management. 

Conditions of Return or Exchange 
- Returns or exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted. 
- All items are subject to inspection and final approval by management. 

Special Orders and Backorders Special Orders 
- Defined as items not ordinarily carried in inventory. 
- Require a 100% deposit at the time of order. 
- Cancellations of special orders will be refunded at 50% of the original deposit. Backorders 
- Defined as items typically carried in inventory but temporarily out of stock. 
- Require a 100% deposit to secure a backorder. 
- Cancellations of backorders will be refunded at 90% of the original deposit. General Conditions 
- All deposits are non-transferable. 
- Processing times are subject to manufacturer or vendor availability. 
- Management reserves the right to review and approve all special order and backorder transactions.
